Our story is born from our love of natural lifestyle and products. It’s been quite a journey.
After a life of wandering, studying and working for many years in the technical sector, plus moving to several different places both in Greece and Holland, we made the decision to embrace the natural world, which is where we feel we truly belong.
A simpler, and much healthier lifestyle, delivers to both myself and my wife a more peaceful, happy and content way of living…We want to share this with you!
Our passion for a simplistic and natural lifestyle began by discovering natural products that we use in our everyday lives’. We found that the quality and the effectiveness of these products were of a much higher standard than those that are man-made. Of course, without forgetting that such natural products are much healthier for the environment, also. Whilst searching for more natural products, we came across the fantastic benefits that donkey milk has to offer!
This reading brought back floods of memories from my childhood, where many mornings I was awakened by the bray of the neighborhood donkeys’ in my hometown in Greece.
Donkey milk has reappeared in recent years due to its benefits that lead to the belief that it is a super-food product.
We had to try this…
Wow! After feeling the benefits of donkey milk for ourselves, we were so inspired and passionate about continuing using these products, as well as sharing them with others, that we bought a farm…and lots of donkeys’!
So by this way El Greco Handmade Natural Cosmetics’ is born!
